Vivid Concepts Online Store operates from 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order Placement
By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the product(s) you have selected under these terms and conditions. We may or may not accept your order at our discretion.
Delivery
All parcels are delivered by our assigned courier partners. Your order averagely requires 3-5 business days to arrive West Malaysia addresses, and 5-7 working days to East Malaysia addresses after courier pick up.
Unless otherwise agreed by us, delivery of your order(s) will be made to the ship to address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If recipient is unavailable during delivery of parcel, the courier is expected to leave a notification requesting you to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.
We try our best to prepare and send out all the orders as soon as possible during working days. We hope that our beloved customers can take note that we do NOT represent any courier companies. Your parcels may suffer delays that are beyond our control as much as we hope that they arrive safely to you on time. However, be assured that we’re on your side and if anything happens, reach out to us and we will offer our help in any way we can.
Standard Delivery Charges
West Malaysia: RM10 (First 10kg, subsequently RM1 per kg)
East Malaysia: RM10 (First 1kg, subsequently RM10 per kg)
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available at our outlets in Sunway Pyramid. Please allow approximately 2 working days before your orders is ready for pickup.
Promotional Period
During peak, promotional or seasonal periods, please bear with us as there may be delays in shipping due to the high volume of orders, transactions and stock availability issues.
