Q. How do purchase my order on the site?

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. Fill in Email address, Shipping details, Shipping method, Billing info, Additional notes, and select Shipping method and Payment method.
  4. After the steps before this have been done, please agree on the terms and condition.
  5. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

Q. What are the payment methods available?
We offers various kind of payment methods via iPay88 as shown below :-

  1. Credit/ Debit card – VISA & Mastercard
  2. Internet Banking – FPX
  3. eWallet – GrabPay, Boost pay, Touch ‘N Go pay, Maybank QRpay
  4. Maybank EzyPay – 0% Instalment @ Up to 24 months
  5. PayLater by Grab – 0% Instalment @ Up to 4 months

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

Log-in your account → Click on “My Account” → Edit your account details and addresses here.

Q. I forgot my password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Forgot Password” and fill in your registered email.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to your email. Once you have received the token, you will be able to set a new password for your account.

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, but only if the order is still not processed. Orders that are being processed, is shipping or has been shipped are unable to be cancelled.

Q. What is the product’s transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Malaysia Ringgit MYR.


Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
Delivery usually will takes about 3 to 7 working days, depending on your shipping address and courier’s status.
